No Felonies
Any type of equipment except "Reefers"
"Power Only" means Towaway Service
No Truck Minimum
Here is how the program works:
STEP 1. - Registration
After you pay the membership fee, you will be given a link to our registration page. This is the start to being added to the military fleet capacity pool. This pool consists of carriers who have been pre-approved to move military freight. Below is an example of the registration page:
STEP 2. - Questionnaire
When you complete the on-line registration, form, your account goes into a que for internal review. You will receive a detailed questionnaire regarding your company. The better screening, the better the carrier = Better Freight Opportunities. This review will include some of the following items:
Certification of Freight Ethics
Prescreening Background Questions
Service Performance Questions
FMCSA CSA Specific Questions
STEP 3. - Background Check
At this point, you will be given an authorization form to sign which will allow us to only check your citizenship and criminal background record. A form must be completed by the owner and any driver who participates in the program. After the check is completed, you will receive a notification if you were approved or denied. Please be patient for the response.
In addition to the background check, we will check your CSA scores (which include out-of-service records to determine if you can fulfill the military's logistics mission to their troops. There is a $100.00 Non-Refundable Verification Fee to fulfill the steps of this process.
NOTICE: It can take a good amount of time for the background check to be done. This is the same standard which every carrier (Owner & Driver) must go thru to be approved.you apply for access to over 500+ Authorized Military Freight Brokers, you will get access to be part of a small group of carriers that work with these brokers
STEP 4. - Carrier Profile Setup
Now comes the important part for you. Successful carriers fill out their profile completely in order to be seen by the brokers. With over 500 brokers in the system, you will start developing relationships brokers which will result with a call or email each day regarding your truck's availability & location. Having accurate & up-to-date information will allow more offers of freight to come your way.
STEP 5. - Carrier Capacity Pool
This may be the final step, but the experience is just beginning.
You are now set to start receiving offers for loads brokers may have to offer. You will also have the freedom to contact any broker to get set up and secure freight. The live carrier profile site will allow companies to reach out and build relationships.
This is not a load board. You will not a find loads for bid as that is in conflict with military regulations for freight brokers. We are very confident that you will achieve the dream of not using load boards where double-brokered freight occurs everyday!
