Our refund policy states that we will refund all money paid towards enrolling in the military if the Department of Defense denies the applicant based on the four (4) items set forth in writing on this website, contract, or any advertisement clearly defining the expected passing of the listed qualifications: Having an authority free of interruption for the past three (3) years of activity (based on insurance being active), clean criminal background with zero (0) felonies in the owner or applicants background, be a US citizen or Dual Citizen with qualified dual country status, and the ability to obtain a $100k military performance bond.

By signing the contract, the applicant carrier or broker certifies that they can meet all four (4) requirements and understand that MFC is not responsible if the application is rejected because of any of the four (4) reasons.

MFC will refund any money paid if the following occurs during the enrollment process:

​

(1). The door to enrollment closes before the application can be submitted.

(2). The applicant successfully passes the requirements, however, they are denied access to the military due to an issue that is not in their control.

In general, there is no refund policy once the process of each step has begun due to the integrity and nature of the program and because MFC does not have rights or access to the customer through the applicant after the process has been completed.

 

In the even that one of the two items above occurs and the carrier prepaid the total amount for a discount, the total discount amount will be refunded.  All refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
