Wants more time on: Research for lanes, tender creation (accessorials and commodities). I cannot access handouts reflecting not helpful in the handout question.
Best part: Q&A... wish we had more time.
Could improve: I would recommend a training manual that outlines the material covered in the lessons for reference. It is hard to go back through the sessions to find the specific topics that were addressed during the sessions. they are 2 hours so finding the right places can be difficult and being able to reference the manual would be very helpful.
Other: I know there is a wealth of knowledge you possess and it would be great to have a manual to go back to since there is so much covered in the training sessions and cannot be retained completely in the current format.
