By accessing or using Military Freight Consultants services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Military Freight Consultants provides training, consulting, and certification support for freight brokers and carriers seeking to work with military freight. Our services include but are not limited to TSP certification assistance, GFM system training, and ongoing support.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must meet the eligibility requirements including but not limited to: 3+ years MC authority, US citizenship, clean record, and appropriate insurance coverage as specified in our enrollment requirements.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are due as specified at the time of enrollment. We offer a money-back guarantee as described in our marketing materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and training provided by Military Freight Consultants are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Military Freight Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
