What is the Military Freight Training program?

Our training program provides 18 hours of instruction over 9 sessions focused on understanding and navigating the Department of Defense (DoD) freight system. Trainees learn about tenders, load boards, billing, compliance, and best practices for carrier safety and development.

How many students are there per class?

“Seats are limited — we keep each class small with only 10–12 students to ensure personalized instruction. Reserve your spot today!”

When are the training sessions scheduled?

Classes are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00–4:00 PM CST. Sessions are typically scheduled monthly, but dates and times may be adjusted if necessary.

How are the sessions structured?

Each session includes:

A pre-test to gauge prior knowledge

Instruction on the day’s topic

A Q&A module for questions

A post-test to reinforce learning
The final session includes a comprehensive final test covering all topics.

What happens if a class is missed?

If a trainee misses a session, MFC will schedule a make-up class on a day not normally scheduled. If the trainer needs to cancel a session, it will also be rescheduled to ensure all 18 hours of instruction are completed.

What is included in the training packet?

After your application and payment are processed, you will receive a Training Welcome Packet via email, which includes:

Class schedule

Zoom login details for online participation

Pretest and training materials

Contact info for your assigned trainer

How do I pay for the training?

Payments must be made in full prior to class start. No deposits or partial payments are accepted. You can pay via Zelle, ACH, Venmo, & CashApp. No credit cards are accepted.

Are there discounted rates?

Yes! Rates are discounted based on the number of days between payment and the class start date. The sooner the payment, the lower the price

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of class start are non-refundable. Otherwise, refunds are handled per the standard terms outlined in the agreement.

Will I receive a certificate after training?

Upon completion of all sessions, tests, and participation requirements, trainees will receive an official Certificate of Completion from Military Freight Consultants LLC.

How do I access the online sessions?

Training is delivered via Zoom. Login credentials are provided in the Training Welcome Packet and are unique to each trainee.

Are there any additional modules?

Yes! The program includes additional Carrier Safety & Development modules to ensure compliance with DoD standards and enhance operational knowledge.
