Credits are non-refundable and never expire. Each credit covers one-time onboarding (background check, English Verify, training, assessment) and the first month of monitoring. A new driver — including a replacement hire — requires a new credit. After the first month, monitoring is month-to-month, billed monthly at the then-current volume rate (from $50/driver down to $12.95/driver at 100+), and may be cancelled at any time.
The per-credit price you pay today is locked for the life of your credits, even if MFC raises rates for new customers.
