Definition: A Transportation Service Provider (TSP) is any entity operating as a Motor Carrier, Freight Broker, or Freight Forwarder seeking to participate in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) freight transportation system.

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which Military Freight Consultants LLC ("MFC") will provide enrollment assistance, consulting, and training services to the TSP.

Key Terms:

Full payment required before services begin. No partial payments unless agreed in writing.
Pre-start cancellation: refund minus $250 administrative fee.
Non-refundable once services have commenced.
MFC provides consulting only — does not guarantee government contract awards or freight volume.
Governing Law: State of Georgia. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (AAA).
