If Something’s Off, Don’t Guess

Drivers are taught not to hide, guess, or work around a problem on their own. If something seems wrong — security, food safety, the load, base access, or paperwork — they follow one simple rule:

STOP — SECURE — REPORT — VERIFY — DOCUMENT

If any of these happens, the driver stops and reports:
