Prepay covers monitoring months after the first included month. The first month's monitoring is unchanged. Carriers who prepay 6 or 12 months also have the one-time enrollment setup fee completely waived. Select your plan during sign-up.
Prepaid Driver Credits
Buy driver credits in bulk and onboard whenever you hire — no expiration, no price increases. Each credit covers full onboarding plus the first month of monitoring.
New driver (including a replacement hire) = 1 credit. Monitoring after the first month bills monthly at the then-current rate.

All Military Freight Loads
Every type of Department of Defense freight — general cargo, construction & equipment, clothing & textiles, medical, and more — moves through our carrier pool.
DLA Food & Beverage Loads
Subsistence (food & beverage) loads under the DLA Troop Support contract, including refrigerated reefer lanes for temperature-controlled military food freight.
Military Driver Requirements
Every driver entering the pool must meet all four.
U.S. Citizen
Drivers must be U.S. citizens. Green card holders (Lawful Permanent Residents) are accepted for DLA food & beverage loads.
No Felonies
A clean criminal record is required — no felony convictions. Every driver passes a verified background check before base access.
English Proficient
Drivers must be English-language proficient (verified) for base access and tender communication.
Safety Plan
Your carrier must have a safety plan in place. MFC can review, enhance, or build one for you.
Every driver must also hold a valid CDL with a clean or explainable driving record, be enrolled in a drug & alcohol testing program, and complete military-specific training. When you apply, you'll provide each driver's name, CDL number (last 4), issuing state, phone, and domiciled state.

Once you're approved and onboarded, we put you in direct contact with the prime contractors of the system — the actual holders of the awarded freight contracts.
