Military Freight Training Agreement

Class Start Date: June 16, 2026

This Training Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Military Freight Consultants LLC ("MFC"), located at 3355 Lenox Rd, #750, Atlanta, GA 30326, and the Trainee whose name is signed below.

1. Purpose

This Agreement provides for professional instruction and guidance through a structured 9-session (18-hour) training program focused on moving freight within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) military freight transportation system.

2. Scope of Training

The training program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the DoD freight system, including tenders, load boards, billing, and compliance. Training sessions occur Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00–4:00 PM CST. Classes are typically scheduled monthly, and dates/times may be adjusted as necessary. Each session includes a Q&A module, a pre-test, a post-test, and a final exam on the last day.

Additional Carrier Safety & Development modules are included and may be scheduled as supplemental or embedded lessons.

4. Attendance and Make-Up Policy

  • If a trainee must miss a class, MFC will provide a copy of the video so the trainee can catch up on missed material. This only applies if the trainee gave notice of at least 1 hour before class that they could not attend.
  • Attendance for 80% of all sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.

5. Trainer Cancellation

MFC will notify all trainees as soon as possible via email or text. The session will be rescheduled to the next available date. MFC ensures all 18 hours of instruction will be completed within the class term.

6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

  • Prepayment Required: All training fees must be paid in full before class start. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • No Deposits Accepted: All payments must be made in full; partial payments are not accepted.
  • Pre-Class Cancellation Refund Policy: If a trainee requests cancellation in writing before the class start date, a refund will be issued minus a $250 administrative and processing fee. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@miltsp.com prior to the first scheduled class session. No refund will be issued after the class has begun.
  • Non-Refundable After Class Start: Once the class begins, all payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you immediately gain access to proprietary training materials, intellectual property, and confidential curriculum developed by Military Freight Consultants LLC. No refunds will be issued after the first session for any reason, including but not limited to withdrawal or failure to attend.
  • Time-Stamped Agreement: Once payment is received, the Agreement is time-stamped.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • MFC provides training and consulting services only; MFC is not a broker, carrier, or government representative.
  • MFC makes no guarantees regarding contracts, freight volume, or government approval.
  • All operational decisions remain the responsibility of the Trainee.

8. Legal & Administrative Terms

  • Governing Law: State of Georgia.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary training materials.
  • Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior understandings.
  • Amendments: Must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • Dispute Resolution: Mediation, followed by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.

9. Application Processing & Next Steps

  1. Confirmation & Time-Stamping: The trainee's agreement will be time-stamped to confirm payment receipt and secure their spot.
  2. Training Packet: Within 24–48 business hours, MFC will email a Training Welcome Packet including class schedule, Zoom access instructions, pretest, and trainer contact info.
  3. Access Credentials: Each trainee will receive secure Zoom login details. These credentials are unique and non-transferable.
  4. Orientation & Attendance: A short Zoom orientation will be held at the start of the first session.
  5. Ongoing Communication: Trainees will receive reminders and updates via email or text for each scheduled session.
  6. Certification: Upon successful completion of all modules, tests, and participation requirements, trainees will receive an official Certificate of Completion from Military Freight Consultants LLC.
  7. Job Placement Guarantee: Students who achieve a 90% or higher passing rate across all session tests will receive guaranteed job placement support with military freight companies actively hiring in our network.
